We are a small friendly society with members of mixed ability. We aim to enjoy art and to learn more about style, technique and the use of different media through demonstrations and talks
The society offers its members:
Wednesday

You can enjoy painting with other members. There is always someone at the club willing to help.
Demonstration

Learn from professionals. The demonstrations programme covers a wide range of styles, media and techniques.
Exhibitions

Exhibit your paintings with the society either at our spring and autumn annual exhibitions or on our website.
Resources

There are resources to borrow or buy at preferential rates. Including books, videos and artist’s materials.
Why not just come along and see us on a Wednesday afternoon or Friday evening. There are frequent demonstrations and workshops by practising artists. These sessions are open to members and non-members.
See our membership page for more information about joining the society and the benefits available.
